Original artwork and prints are carefully packaged and shipped worldwide. Most orders ship within 5–10 business days; you'll receive tracking as soon as your piece is on its way.
Returns
Because each piece is made by hand, please review all details before purchase. If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.
Refunds
Deposits for custom commissions are non-refundable once work has begun. For ready-made originals and prints, refunds are considered case by case — reach out and we'll take care of you.
